Carol Watson's next sale includes the  Mauser 75th anniversary  Luger pictured. Among the other firearm lots in the sale are a scarce LC Smith .410 SxS, a custom Francotte boxlock single shot rifle, a Winchester diamond grade 4 gauge skeet set, a good Baby Nambu and a Harper ferry model 1803 flintlock rifle.

Cottone Auctions have a few select arms and armour lots included in their spring antiques and fine arts sale. Among those lots is a fine 
German sword with sliver hilt, a pair of arrows from the Custer battlefield that were displayed at the Pan American exposition in Buffalo in 1900, a fine Mughal dagger, two early german massive tww-handed processional swords and a fine swiss halberd with original invoice form Peter Finer.
Pictured is a Tibetan matchlock musket offered in the sale.  These scarce guns are rarely encountered. Examples can be seen ine the Royal Armouries and the Metropolitant Museum of Art. Click on the image for a link to the sale. 



ROCK ISLAND SPORTING & COLLECTOR SALE, FEB 16th

Classic American firearms are among the top lots in Rock Island’s next sale. There are several examples of fine Winchester model 66’s, volcanic and Henry rifles. Pistols include the cased iron framed Volcanic pair pictured as well as an engraved single action army with pearl grips, a US colt cavalry model single action army, a first and third model Dragoons and a Colt US navy model 1961 revolver.

European guns include a nice DMR model 1920 Luger carbine, A Kreighoff Luger, a LeMat revolver, and a Confederate inscribed Beaumont-Adams percussion revolver. CZERNYS: FINE ANTIQUE ARMS AND ARMOUR, DEC 14th

Czernys Winter fine arms and amour sale includes the full cavalry armour pictured. This north Italian example is from 3rd quarter of the 17th century. An additional rare armour lot in the sale is a 16th C. Ottoman full horse armour. Other armour and early European weapons lots include a man-at-arms half armour, several fine rapiers, a scarce pillow sword, a German hand and a half sword, a fine and scarce English silver decorated cutlass C 1630, a rare Venetian parade glaive and a Dresden left hand dagger C 1600.

Guns in the sale range from fine sporting arms such as a cased pair of Holland and Hollands to the 18thC revolving flintlock fowler from Carlsbad  to an embellished a Wheelock rifle with the arms of Franz Christophe Von Hutten the prince bishop of Wurzburg.

ROCK ISLAND: PREMIERE AUCTION, DEC 6th

Carrying the highest estimate ($375,000-$650,000) in Rock Island's premiere sale is one of very few known factory panel scene engraved Single Action Army’s. This exquisite example was made in 1879. Other fine guns in the sale include General McClellan's presentation 1860 Colt Army revolver, a Paterson model 1839 carbine presented by Rhode Island governor Samuel King and a Marlin Deuxe model 1897 rifle owned by Annie Oakley.

 

Among other historic lots in the sale are a sword presented for Gallantry in 1812 by President Andrew Jackson, a US model 1874 Gatling gun with field carriage, a Colt Walker and a WWII presentation grade Savage made Thompson Submachine gun. Click on the image for a link to the sale.

Antikvity Praha's next auction includes antique and collectible firearms, edged weapons from the 16th to the 19th centuries, and a variety of related collectible military lots. Above is a very rare LeMat centerfire pistol being offered in the sale, one of several fine early swords.   Swords  in the sale include an Austrian presentation sabre below, early rapiers, shamshirs,  military hussar sabres and swords, sidearms, hunting and smallswords and a Scottish broadsword.
 
Firearms offered include a highly engraved Chamalot & Delvigne pinfire revolver, a queen Anne double barreled flintlock pistol, a fine cased pair of French double barreled flintlock pistols by Dumarest, and early transitional revolver mechanisms as well as good Dreyse M/41 bolt action rifle.Among other lots in the sale are two WWII Skoda model howitzers, a child’s crossbow, a superb iron shield, a fine early hunting “Waidpraxe”, a good flintlock tinge lighter, a German air rifle C.1850, a war hammer C. 1600, a Russian spontoon C 1800, and a  vampire killing kit.

Probus Auktion in Stockholm are holding their winter sale of fine antique arms and amour and militaria on November 18th.  The catalog included a wide range of arms and armor from rare Caucasian guns to Swedish military arms to highly decorated Indo-Persian swords and daggers.
 
 There is a wide section of English and European flintlock and percussion guns both military and civilian, including the Queen Ann Silver mounted pistols by Barbar London pictured, as well as many American percussion revolvers and early German Wheellock guns. Early edged weapons offered include 17th C rapiers and broadswords and 18th C small swords. A wide range of later military swords are also selling. POOK & POOK: ANTIQUE AND MODERN GUNS AND MILITARIA: Nov 16th

A fullstock York county Pennsylvania rifle marked “Pickel” is one of the many fine lots offered by Pook and Pook on November 16th. Other early collectible  guns include a Confederate Richmond sharps carbine, a Martin Ballard Jersey City Pope rifle and  a Merwin & Hulbert Frontier single action revolver.

Sporting guns in the sale include a Belgian Browning pigeon grade over and under, several browning superposed guns and a Winchester Model 52B rifle. An unusual and rare lot is the Winchester , Japanese made, Parker reproduction double barreled shotgun in its original box. SKINNER : ANTIQUE ARMS AND MILITARIA NOV1st

Skinnner’s sale of November first includes many fine lots with specific associations to soldiers or units from the revolutionary war and civil war. Pictured are two 1767 dated Dublin Castle pistols that are marked to the 16th light dragoons, one of only two light dragoon units that fought in the rev war. Other losts with specific provenance or associations include a trunk, sword and related items of Captain Trafton of 27th Massachusetts Volunteer infantry, and Daniel Barns engraved powder horn, dated 1775, from the siege of Boston.

Other lots in the sale include a CS Leech and Rigdon officers sword, A volcanic Carbine, a model 1861 ten pounder Parrott rifle, The hand form the statue of George III in New York City, A Winchester model 1873 and several fine Kentucky style flintlock rifles.
